Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received.

Please note:

  • Personalized or custom-made items may require additional processing time.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • During peak seasons, holidays, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Any free shipping promotions will be automatically applied at checkout when eligible.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delayed Shipments

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays caused by carriers, severe weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Em.Ma Creative Studio is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Please contact us immediately.
  • If your order has not shipped, we’ll do our best to update the address.
  • If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee changes or replacements.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Em.Ma Creative Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost:

  • Check with household members or neighbors.
  • Contact your local post office or shipping carrier.
  • If you still need assistance, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging

We’ll review your claim and work with you to find a solution.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.

Em.Ma Creative Studio is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.
